Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were clean and looked new, ideal for a couple. However, they might be a bit small for more than one person. The hotel had all the latest technology and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway, convenience stores, and supermarkets. On the downside, it was a bit noisy being on a busy crossing. The dining experience was a bit pricey but offered a wide array of Western and Asian-style cuisine, even though it lacked diversity. The hotel's facilities were great, but the high price for a 4-star hotel was a bit of a drawback.
I was thrilled with this hotel! The room was bigger than any others I've stayed in on this trip, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a Handy phone provided made exploring the city so much easier. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room service staff were quick and professional. The only downside was the price, but overall, great value for money.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were well organized and never felt cramped for two people, compared to other hotels, although they are a bit small. The service, including dry cleaning and housekeeping, was satisfactory. The location was amazing, especially being just above the subway station, although it wasn't great for us except for the subway access. The dining experience was really nice, with above-average items for Western tastes, but the restaurant size for breakfast could be a bit of a hassle if not there early. The facilities were above expectations for this nice hotel.
The hotel is in a convenient location near Metro and JR stations with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are small for more than one person but still reasonably big by Japanese standards. The dining offers a lot of variety and tasty options, though more western choices would be nice.
The hotel offers clean rooms, but they are a bit small with no drawers for clothes. It is well-maintained and at a convenient price point. We preferred a higher floor for better views.
